- Account data — credentials and profile data created in the Client Portal.
- Project data — files, briefs, feedback, approvals, invoices, and payment records you share with us.

- To respond to your requests and deliver the services you hire us for.
- To operate the Spotlight Portal — approvals, files, reports, billing.
- To improve our website, services, and AI tooling (using only aggregated, non-identifying signals).

3. Sharing & processors
We never sell your data. We share it only with vetted processors required to run our services (hosting, analytics, payments, email, AI providers). Each is bound by a data processing agreement and uses your data only on our instructions.

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure inside the EU and Morocco. We keep project data for the duration of our engagement plus the legal retention period required for invoicing and accounting (typically 10 years for invoices).
